Given there are now literally thousands of blockchain related companies in the Bay Area this listing carries some significant industry credence within the tightnit but hugely influential San Francisco area blockchain community. Nonetheless, Cryptyk CEO Dr Adam Weigold today announced that “Cryptyk, like many Silicon Valley technology companies since the global pandemic, is evaluating the possibility of relocating its headquarters interstate. We are currently in talks with several interstate municipalities for incentivized funding to relocate the business headquarters to a more tax-friendly location within the US. Given the recent increase in remote work for many Cryptyk employees the company is seeking a new location that is more economically viable and socially ameniable to its core management team. Ultimately Cryptyk’s new operational location will reflect the overall employee demands placed upon it by the key drivers of our business which is workforce happiness. Close proximity to lighthouse customers is also a key issue that is also being considered”.
