Discounts for OTC Purchases

Cryptyk recently launched the Phase 3 release of 75M CTK Tokens for large volume OTC sales to investors. This is the final CTK release reserved for direct OTC sales to long term investors.

We are now offering 10% - 25% discounts on large volume OTC purchases direct from us. The minimum OTC purchase is 1M CTK per person. The OTC discount pricing structure is:​

1,000,000 - 1,999,999 CTK = 10% discount 

​

2,000,000 - 4,999,999 CTK = 15% discount

​

5,000,000 - 9,999,999 CTK = 20% discount

​

10,000,000 CTK or more = 25% discount

​

Payments can be made in crypto via USDT or USDC stablecoins. Payments can also be made in fiat USD via Zelle, Revolut or Bank Wire Transfer. Submit an OTC application here to receive a formal quote via email. Terms & Conditions provided with quote.

 

CTK Price offered for OTC purchases is the current price at time of sending the quote rounded to 4 decimal places (ie: within 24 hours of application}.

* Note that we cannot sell CTK tokens via OTC to US residents or citizens unless you are qualified as an accredited investor with >$1M of assets or >$200k of annual salary. All applicants undergo a KYC check.​

** Note also that OTC purchases  require a 1-6 month no-sale or escrow period based on order size during which time the purchaser is not allowed to sell CTK on CEX / DEX exchanges or to 3rd parties.

*** Note that you must specify your CTK Wallet address which is Ethereum ERC-20 compliant. We recommend using the Metamask wallet to store your CTK Tokens but any hot or cold ERC-20 compatible digital wallet will suffice.

To add CTK Tokens to your Metamask or other ERC-20 wallet you need to select "Add Custom Token" and input the CTK contract address below and 8 decimals.
